This is used to create image masks that can be used to mask out
`compose` regions. For example, this can be used to mask out window body
so shadow won't be painted on them.
This could be more efficient than using rectangular regions for masking,
when there are a large number of rectangles; or more flexible, in the
case of window with rounded corners.

This is meant to be used to detect GPU resets.
Implemented in the glx backend using the GL_ARB_robustness extension.

Currently there is some inconsistency in how image_op is implemented
across backends. The glx backend applies some of the image operations
lazily, and not always in the order the operations were made; while the
xrender backend applies the operations eagerly. This can lead to
different render result in some cases.
Instead of trying to preserving the order of operations, which would be
unnecessary, we re-model the API to better reflect the implementation.
We make it clear that setting the property doesn't change the image
data, and properties are only applied during composition and in a
specific order.
This makes sure the render result looks consistent across backends.
Should also improve the performance of the xrender backend, even if only
slightly.
Also distill out the property management code so they can be shared.

Potential use: to read the border color of a window, so we could draw
rounded border when we round the corners of the window.

**Work-in-Progress**
Add `dual_kawase` to configuration and argument parsing. Allow `kawase`
for backward compatibility. Add `--blur-strength` parameter for
blur-method `dual_kawase`.
Update documentation to reflect the new blur-method and parameters.
leftovers:
1) config file path. Has to implement compatibility functionalities before
we can change it.
2) links in man pages. Has to migrate the repo first.
3) _COMPTON_SHADOW, it has become a defacto standard, so we have to keep
supporting it.
4) dbus names, undecided whether we should/could change it.

Dummy backends are backends that doesn't render anything on to the
screen or the target window. But they are still be useful for debug
purposes, and can be useful for other things too.

To prepare for different blur methods, the blur interface of backends
has been splitted into two parts.
Now to use blur, a blur context must be created first; then, the blur
method should be called with the blur context created.
Updated the existing backends to the new interface. Also implemented
handling of the new blur options.

Currently compton handles window creation event by immediately query all
the information it needs and create a window struct with that
information. However, this is prone to race conditions.
In the future, we want to react to window creation event by creating a
placeholder in the window stack, and only query window information in a
critical section where the X server is grabbed by us.
This commit split struct win into two struct, one as placeholder, the
other for holding actual window information.

Keep GL_BLEND enabled; Fixed some texture/fbo leaks

We only ever invert color of or dim the entire image, so just remove the
ability to do region based inversion and dimming. Making implementing
image_op easier.

This is basically just adapting old code to the new interface. A lot
of the functions are still stubs, but the basic stuffs is working.
What remains to be done:
* Implement gl_image_op. (It should do the operation lazily, only update
the flags on the texture. Actual processing will be delayed until composition.)
* Implement gl_copy. Now it just return the same image after incrementing the
refcount. It should actually copy the image data structure so it can have a
separate set of flags.

Also remove xrender's prepare since it overwrite part of the screen
outside the damage region, causing rendering problems.

Pass the visible region of the image to the backend, so the backend
could optimize based on that information.
